Marie El Tokhy
Psychological & Family Counselor | Specialist in Adolescent Well-being & Childhood Trauma
With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over 4 years of professional experience, I’ve conducted more than 1,000 individual counseling sessions, supporting clients—especially adolescents and families—through their healing journey.
I specialize in working with teenagers, helping clients reconnect with their inner child, navigate grief and loss, and build self-awareness and emotional resilience. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
My Passion
My mission is to elevate mental health awareness, reduce stigma around emotional struggles, and help individuals unlock their full potential. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for facilitating communication between children, teens, and their families.
